Marketing Coordinator

Work Location- Chamblee-Tucker area

Summary:
Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for showcasing our company to new potential clients. You will work on business development and finding new ways to take the company to the next level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare business proposals, packages, and presentations to prospective clients
• Drafting, editing, organizing, and proofing various marketing promotional items.
• Researching market trends and provide detailed reports to executive management team with suggestions of new improvements
• Tasks may also include coordinating: events, public relations opportunities, advertisements, and marketing promotional items
• Assist with special projects as assigned and perform other related duties
• Provide support to executive management team
• Attending trade shows as required

Required Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients.
• Attention to detail and documentation
• Knowledge of business office procedures
• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees and the public
• Must be well organized and detail-oriented

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required
• 1-3 years’ experience
