Accura is providing construction management/project management of four modernization and renovation projects being performed simultaneously by multiple construction contractors at the Ward Federal Building and Courthouse. The four projects include the modernization of the elevators; exterior plaza renovations and repairs to the parking structure; renovations to space occupied by Veterans Benefits Association (VBS); and renovations to space occupied by the US District Courts (USDA), Accura has worked on all phases including preplanning; project design; procurement process; construction phase; commissioning; testing services; claims services; post construction; and general services. Accura has coordinated plan reviews, conducted owner’s and codes and standards reviews and prepared review reports, then assisted GSA in ensuring that all comments are resolved to the owner’s satisfaction.
